Woodruff Campus (Main
Campus)
Woodruff Campus is located in the small western
Massachusetts village of New Marlborough. Nestled in the heart of
the Berkshire Hills, our beautiful 800-acre facility allows for
a wide variety of indoor and outdoor activities. Picturesque vistas
of mountains, streams, and lakes provide an ideal setting for learning,
peace, and healing.

Robins Hall Education Center •
Robins Hall contains academic classrooms, state of the art computer
laboratory and resource center, clinical offices, and 60' indoor
swimming pool.

Vocational Center •
Our vocational center offers a variety of training programs including
culinary arts, agricultural mechanics, graphic arts, and small business.
Burritt Hall Residence •
Burritt Hall Dormitory accommodates 49 students and is comprised
of 5 distinct living units. Each unit is able to sleep between 8
and 10 students. It also contains the nursing center, residence
management offices, the main kitchen and dining room, records room,
student and staff lounges, and gymnasium.

Franklin Hall Administration Building
• Franklin Hall is comprised of
administrative offices, Admissions office, reception center, training
center, student wood working shop, mini bike and go cart shops,
student and staff exercise facility and several classrooms.
Stanley House Residence •
Stanley House, an on-campus group home, accommodates up to 7 students.
It contains bedrooms, dining room, kitchen, living room and staff
and clinical offices. Emphasis is on independent living skills.
Rooney House Residence •
Rooney House, another on-campus group home, accommodates up to 10
students. It contains bedrooms, dining room, kitchen, living room
and staff and clinical offices. Emphasis is on independent living
skills.
Horticulture Center •
This building is the home of Kolburne's Horticulture Program. It
contains the various seedlings, plants and shrubs that the students
tend to throughout the year.

Ball Fields •
Our spacious ball fields are the home to many Kolburne Coyote sporting
events including football, baseball/softball, and various track
events.
Outdoor Tennis and Basketball Courts
• Our courts are used by students
for such activities from tennic and basketball to rollerblading
and skateboarding.
Camping Sites and Trails •
Throughout Kolburne's 800-acre campus there are many flat and mountainous
hiking and cross country skiing trails. Additionally, there are
several camping sites that are utilized throughout the year.
High and Low Ropes Courses •
Our nationally recognized ropes courses are utilized by students
and staff to develop self -confidence and team building skills.

Brigham Center Campus
Brigham, a 34 acre campus, is located
in the town of Lee. It contains two 12 bed units. The campus is
conveniently located near the Massachusetts Turnpike allowing easy
access from such large metropolitan areas as New York, Albany, Hartford
and Boston. Close proximity to cultural centers allow students to
visit museums, art shows, and theaters. Interested students may
be able to attend concerts at Tanglewood. Qualified students maywork
at local business establishments.

Caldwell House Residence (Community
Based Group Home)
The Caldwell House, located in the town of Sheffield, accommodates
12 students. Students participate in community and main campus activities.

Waldrum House Residence
(Community Based Group Home)
The Waldrum House, located in the town
of Great Barrington, accommodates 12 students. Students participate
in community and main campus activities.
